Open vs. Exclusive

Agents and brokers can post both open and exclusive listings on our site. An agent can simultaneously have a mixture of both types of listings in their account.

Both open and exclusive listings function the same on our site, with the only difference being that an exclusive listing has an “Exclusive” banner in the search results.

If two agents post the same listing, the post with the higher HopScore will appear higher in the search results. It is therefore important for agents to abide by the following guidelines to improve their HopScore, and then frequently repost their listings to maintain that high ranking.
