I'm a current tenant of this apartment (and also a real estate broker) but due to my wife and I's family growing we need to move into a 2 bedroom. We are sad to leave because this has been an amazing apartment in a great location with nearly every amenity one could want in a New York City apartment.

There is also a community garden right next door which is great to relax in and the balcony overlooks the garden. Lots of trees and greenery right outside the windows which is also very rare.

The lease term here is a bit flexible- it can start anytime between 1/15-2/1 (or very slightly later) and can be for a term ending 6/30/17 or a regular 1 year lease ending 1/31/18.
