Originally from Albania, with a 4 year stop in Italy, Kristina (Kris) has called New York City home for over a decade. During her travels, she has become fluent in 4 languages: Albanian, Italian, English, and Spanish.
Before entering real estate, Kris graduated from John Jay College with a bachelor's degree in law and society. While real estate and serving her clients is her primary focus, in some of her spare time, she is currently attending College of Mount Saint Vincent obtaining her masters in Business Administration & Management.
As Kris says, "I love real estate" and she discovered this passion when she came to New York and would go and explore new areas of the city. Most people wanted to do touristy things...Kris used to go to open houses by herself just for fun!
But when she really got more interested was when she was looking for a house for her family to purchase. "I understand that your home is more than just a place to live - it's where you make long-lasting memories" so Kris will make any effort to make her clients happy... so they can create their own new memories in their new home. Her energetic approach to real estate, paired with her positivity, allows her to provide a high level of customer service and has helped to build long lasting relationships with her clients.
Outside real estate Kris likes to do a variety of activities. Of course, she loves traveling but in addition to that, she has a love of fashion and fashion photography. Kris also enjoys long walks in the park and reading a good book (ask me for recommendations!). However, her favorite hobby is driving... that is her true relaxation.
