Born in Vietnam and raised in Ohio, Yin earned a BFA in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute in NYC and worked as a Design Director in the fashion industry for many years. His excellent management, organization and problem solving skills are met by a keen eye for design and aesthetics that helps with staging and spotting potential in different spaces. Once he knows your needs, he works quickly and efficiently to get the results you desire. Yin has lived in New York City since 1985, in the same apartment in Kips Bay. He has extensive knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn, owns two investment properties in Jersey City, and is always looking for new opportunities. Yin speaks Vietnamese and English. He shares his home with two dogs, Lola and Martini, who he considers like children. In free time, painting abstract canvases in oils is his creative outlet.
