This 3rd floor walk up has hard wood floors, good closet space and a nice bathroom with soaking tub.
The large , separate kitchen can fit a good size dining table with chairs , the main room is spacious enough for a Queen Bed and a sitting area.
The entire building is very clean and well kept and this is a wonderful tree lined block with famous bakery Veniero s and delicatessen Russo`s as well as many very chic boutiques.
