DESCRIPTION
Live the NYC dream in this flex three with two baths and all the bells and whistles. Welcome to my neighborhood, Hell's Kitchen a/k/a Midtown West. This is a fun place to start your life in NYC. We have an amazing array of restaurants and bars on both 10th and 9th Avenue. Also in the past few years there have been some great additions, the new Target on 10th and 44th, the new Big Apple Market, and of course we are close to all of the new features in Hudson Yards including Whole Foods. We also have a wonderful waterfront hangout at Pier 84. (Just subtract 40 blocks from the number and you get the location, pro tip.) This apartment is laid out well to be flexed to a three bedroom. Please take a look at the floor plan in the listing. It also has elevators, a doorman, laundry,
PLUS a 3,200 sq. ft. fitness center with half-court basketball,5,700 sq. ft. of outdoor recreation space,
a landscaped sundeck with barbecues, residents' lounge with big screen TV, and a business center.
All for less than the price of three tiny studios! So grab some roomies and call Suzanne, if you are not in NYC I am happy to work with remote renters. Check out my reviews on rent hop, not all agents are the same. For 5 years I have been helping hundreds of people find and rent the perfect place to start their lives in NYC.

there was a decent amount of space that could be used for
development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in
2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in
December of 2012.
Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been
completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of
Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is
