Prior to contacting him, I had viewed a dozen of apartments off streeteasy/renthop and could not find one that fit what I was looking for. After one phone call with him, he was able to find a no-fee apartment in a well managed building in a great neighborhood that fit my needs (spacious enough to accommodate a work from home set up for me and my roommate). This apartment he found had barely come on the market and he was able to schedule a viewing for the next day.
