Definition of a Sales Agent(According to Dictionary): "One who is authorized or appointed by a manufacturer to sell or distribute his products within a given territory but who is in business for himself, takes title to the goods, and does not act as agent for a principal".
I am a long time New York resident(Born and raised). Which is beneficial because it gives me insider knowledge of the city, neighborhoods, and properties. But that doesn't stop me from wanting to know more about the city. I love and understand the importance of education. But there were a few things school did not teach me. That was how to be Dedicated, Honest, Loyal and Hard working. These are ingrained within me naturally. These are all traits of a trusting Real estate agent.
People seem to have trouble trusting Sales agent or any "Salesman" in particular. They seem to feel as if we are out to get them and all we care about is a sale. Although that can be said about some agents, I Myself do not fit that mold. He approaches every day(work) and every contact with the same mind frame which shows through my actions. "I'm successful when my client is successful". It's always about YOU the client. Finding a home is one of the most difficult decisions you can make in your life. My job is to reduce your stress and make it an easier and enjoyable process.
