Born in the Dominican Republic, Xavier moved to New York at age 11. He lived in Bushwick, Williamsburg, and has called Long Island City/Astoria home for the past five years. Xavier is completing a BBA in Corporate Finance and Economics, which affords him unique perspectives that apply to the real estate market. He speaks English and Spanish, likes to cook and travel, and has two adorable toy poodles named Viktor and Rolf.
