Liam has been passionate about Real Estate his entire life. A first generation immigrant from Peru, raised in Northern Virginia he learned from his parents the values of hard-work, dedication, and integrity carrying that into everything he does. As a child he would tour investment properties and new developments with his parents gaining an appreciate in architecture and interior design. As an adult he has transitioned to being an active member in the family trade. Prior to joining Ukpasia Realty he attained his Bachelors in Clinical Neuroscience from Virginia Tech, and recently graduated with a Masters from Johns Hopkins University.
