Waldemar has New York in his blood. He has been living in New York on and off his entire life, with his most recent home being in Downtown Brooklyn/Fort Greene. Prior to his role at Platinum Properties NYC, Waldemar worked in commercial real estate on the legal side of transactions. He assisted in over $1 Million in legal contracts between the buyer, seller and lending institutions for some of New York's most iconic buildings. Waldemar also has several years of experience working in international development and diplomatic consulting.
Waldemar understands how overwhelming the real estate industry can be, he makes it his mission to make each transition as seamless as possible. Waldemar is fueled by a passion to earn the trust and respect of each of his clients and treats them with the utmost respect. When Waldemar is not working, he enjoys learning how to cook cuisines from countries he plans on visiting and loves playing with his dog.
