Originally from Istanbul, Tulay has lived in Queens and Long Island, as well as Philadelphia, California, and London, England. Tulay studied Economics and Business Administration in Turkey, and marketing at UC, Irvine.
She speaks Turkish and English fluently, is married, and loves traveling when time allows. Her other leisure-time enjoyments include , watching good movies, listening to music, surfing on the net, walking outdoor, cooking and baking for her family and friends.
