A longtime real estate investor himself, Tom worked in the areas of real estate finance and rentals before doing residential sales. Prior to 2004, he spent many years in the retail industry operating a well-known chain of card and gift shops in New York City. Tom also worked in the aerospace industry designing airborne computer systems after graduating from The City College of New York, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and minored in Architecture. Born in Budapest, Hungary, Tom speaks fluent Hungarian and English yet considers himself a native New Yorker.
