Taylor came to Native Real Estate after five years in the industry covering REITs at Merrill Lynch and managing his own real estate investment company. Before getting into real estate investing and becoming a sales agent, he spent seven years in finance on and off
Wall Street working for some of the largest investment banks.

As a former Senior Analyst on the investment management desk, Taylor was responsible for advising clients on how to trade their portfolios. He also worked in private equity real estate before starting his own firm. His seasoned knowledge is a vital asset to clients who are seeking optimal reward – both financial and emotional – from the real estate purchase or sale experience.

Taylor finds the search and seeing new properties to be exciting. He enjoys looking for gems, envisioning a property's true potential, and drawing on his skills to help clients achieve their goals. Taylor specializes in condos, co-ops and rentals in downtown Manhattan, as well as investment properties and residential multifamily buildings in Bushwick and Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. He owns several properties, including his own condo in Tribeca, as well as multifamily and office property through his company.

A NYC native born in the Bronx, Taylor spent most of his childhood growing up in Bernardsville, NJ. He holds a Business Bachelor's of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Prior to moving to Tribeca in 2014, Taylor resided on the Upper East Side for seven years. His favorite activities besides real estate investing and sales are golf and traveling.
