Steve Duggan understands how tough it can be finding the right apartment in such a tight rental market. These valuable qualities, and the drive he brings to every deal, were honed in his previous career as a derivatives trader, and founder of his own proprietary trading firm.

A native of Huntington, Long Island, Steve holds a degree in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C. He played four years of college football at Georgetown and is a big New York Giants fan. Steve also follows and studies global financial markets, especially interest rates and government bond markets. He currently has lived in the Murray Hill/Gramercy area of Manhattan as well as Forest Hills, Queens over the years; plus he owns property in Ireland.
