Originally from Bellingham, Washington Stan has spent most of his adult life in Manhattan. For nearly twenty years he was in the restaurant business. What started as a part time job in high school, and then a way to pay for college, became a career that allowed Stan to work with some of the most highly regarded chef's in the city . The skills he developed in restaurants have transferred exceptionally well to the world of real estate. The importance of product knowledge and process, the ability to quickly assess the needs of the client and reconcile those desires with the realities of the market, and to communicate effectively with all parties to get the job done to everyone's satisfaction. Stan is keenly sensitive to how the choices made will affect people personally. With that in mind, he knows the city and his business well. He offers a variety of options and helps his clients to overcome any obstacle that stands in the way of their goal. In his spare time, Stan enjoys running with his dogs, Tigger and Dozer.
