Stan Broekhoven is originally from Belgium and after travelling the world post college graduation, he was drawn to the city he had always been fascinated with: New York City. With a vested interest in Art, Design, and Architecture, he finds himself jumping from art gallery to museum, relishing in the history they hold. Stan received his Bachelor's in marketing and Communication, has immense experience in Sales and Interior Design and for seven years he worked in high end luxury retail sales. It is no secret that NYC is home to some of the most historical and innovative architecture in the world and with more client-to-agent interactions, the NYC real estate market is the perfect place for him.

Stan's first and foremost priority as an agent is to simply listen and educate his clients. Rather than guiding his clients in the direction he sees most fit, he would rather allow for their wishes be the guiding force behind his work for them. Identifying their wants and needs is imperative and cannot be efficiently done without taking a step back and getting to know them first. He also takes great pride in honesty and transparency and is extremely straightforward and realistic with his clients. His life motto is, "Go out there and design the life you want to live, reach for the stars but keep your feet on the ground." His work style is injected with both creativity and diligence.

In his spare time you can find Stan trying out new restaurants and going on long walks in the city. He is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and German.
