I am a Proud, Native, New Yorker. Born and raised in the heart of the Upper West Side on the same block as Gray's Papaya - arguably The Best Hot Dog in NYC. Having attended an all girls private school empowered me with the mindset that the next to impossible is absolutely achievable and that the impossible should always be pressed on, while hoping for a miracle, because miracles do happen! Especially, when helping build a diverse and inclusive community which encourages positive contributions in our world. Having lived in a few cities in California and in Honduras for years has really helped diversify my ability to adapt in any environment. My real estate background and passion started in California in 2009 working with short sales and loan modifications.
I have had the privilege of experiencing a variety of fields. Including, having established Frennoza Professional Videography Services, Inc., where I was contracted as a videographer for a private investigation firm investigating infidelity, workman's compensation, and insurance fraud cases. I was the Head of Rentals for almost 5-years at a landlord owning over 100-buildings on the Upper West Side until deciding to return to school to complete my Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, which is also when I became a licensed real estate salesperson. Under my responsibility and staff of eight, just the summers alone involved nearly 800-rentals. In my personal life, I am co-founder with my mother of our animal sanctuary, FRENNOZA SANCTUARY, in Honduras (@FrennozaSanctuary). It is located in a private beachfront property, which is the established home for over 65 rescue dogs, 20 rescue cats, 6 horses, 3 cows, geese, ducks, chickens, turkey, turtles, etc.
I believe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. My parents are hardworking people with strong work ethic where the words "I quit" and "I can't" don't exist. I am a people person who believes that a promise is a debt, while appreciating the feeling of helping others. I inherited these traits from my parents.
