With her professional life centered on customer service, people feel naturally at ease with Sharon Royce. She has a long history of making clients feel better, whether it be through a healthier diet, teaching them how to enhance their beauty, or finding them that perfect place to call home and make a great life for themselves.
A native of Syracuse, NY, Sharon graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics. She has worked as a public health registered dietitian in New York and New Jersey, owned a smoothie/juice bar, and spent over 20 years as a freelance makeup artist before pursuing her passion for real estate. Sharon is extremely excited about working with renters and buyers all over the city, particularly in the East Village where she's lived since 2011, as well as surrounding downtown neighborhoods.
Her excellent customer service and comfort level dealing with the public endear Sharon to clients of all ages and backgrounds. She exudes honesty, positivity and a sense of calmness that put peoples at ease and enables them to trust her and her opinion. "I strive to make the sometimes stressful process of finding a new home as fun and easy as possible, and to change people's perspective on what they've heard or think about real estate agents. I simply want to make it the best experience for them in every way."
Outside of her work, Sharon volunteers for multiple dog rescues in NYC and NJ and has fostered numerous dogs in need. She specializes in teaching vegetarian/vegan nutrition as a dietitian, and does makeup for weddings/shoots as part of her artistic expression.
