I am a New York City native and have lived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for all my life. My family has been involved in real estate, both the commercial and residential, for many years now and therefore I've been exposed to all aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and managing real estate. Recently, I've participated in a number of construction projects which has provided me with experience in working with architects and contractors as well as dealing with numerous city agencies, notably the Department of Buildings. Just in the past year, I've participated in developing a rezoning proposal for a part of Bedford Ave, the prime retail corridor in Williamsburg, which through a lengthy process was ultimately approved by the City Planning Commission. I have a great relationship with Landlords from the Greenpoint and Williamsburg area of Brooklyn and have recently started being involved in the Bushwick and Ridgewood neighborhoods. I also advise clients on issues related to Rent Stabilization in which I have excellent experience. I attended New York University and am fluent in English and Polish. Building long lasting and trustworthy relationships with both Landlords and Tenants is key to a successful career as a real estate broker and that is exactly what I strive to do.
