Meier International Real Estate
Agent Profile
Born and raised in New Jersey, Raffaele Trafuoci always knew he'd one day end up becoming a successful real estate agent ever since he was a young boy. His abiding passion stemmed from growing up around the hustle and bustle of New York City - a place where everyone you meet is striving toward something bigger than they are and working hard to get there. Raffaele knows of no other place on earth that beats living in a city with so much culture, drive and history, and his clients trust him to provide a deeper level of insight into what makes each neighborhood truly unique for their needs.

Coming from a big Italian family with two older sisters, Raffaele learned first hand the importance of making memories in a city you love with the people you love - which plays into the type of agent he is today. Stopping at nothing to identify the one place that makes his clients' real estate dreams come true takes a lot of experience, and Raffaele has built an encyclopedia-like knowledge of the nuances of each neighborhood along with their local hot spots. His communication skills and wide network of trusted resources and referrals are hard to surpass when looking for the perfect agent, which is what sets him apart from others in the competitive real estate market.

Prior to becoming a MEIER agent, Raffaele studied at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., and later worked with at-risk youth to provide mentoring and life skills for our future leaders so they could strive toward achieving a meaningful future. He developed a level of patience and understanding that transfers into his initial meetings with new real estate clients quite well so he can identify their true needs and motivations.

In his free time, Raffaele loves to travel to new and exciting places, and has a sweet spot for anywhere tropical. He also has a passion for trying new restaurants in the food capital of the world and is always looking for the next big thing. Two restaurants he'd never turn down a meal at are Ruth's Chris Steak House on 51st Street and Da Nico on Mulberry Street in Little Italy. When he's not taking out clients or exploring new things to love about the city that never sleeps, Raffaele enjoys spending time at home with his little Yorkie named Tito.
