I am a native New Yorker, and have always considered myself a part of New York's excitement and energy. I find the Empire State's charm and uniqueness absolutely contagious and addicting. My experience has been in travel, public relations, and marketing. I grew up with a family immersed in real estate, and always knew that going back to my roots would allow me to utilize those professional skills in a comprehensive and well-tailored approach. I admire Platinum Properties NYC's family run business, and am inspired by their growth.
My first priority as an agent is to meet my clients' wants and needs. I truly make my client feel at ease with my outgoing, personable, and talkative personality. I always have been a strong believer in establishing trust, and am extremely organized and well researched. My life motto is "Be the best you can be, do the most you can do."

This is my third time renting an apartment in NYC, and I honestly couldn't recommend working with Racquel more highly! When I first sent out requests expressing interest in FiDi rentals, I would quickly hear back from very pushy brokers ready to set a viewing time. Racquel stood out because she asked me what I was looking for, and because she had additional detail on my search, she was able to recommend other properties that would end up being a better fit. She thoroughly explained the types of rentals I could expect to find in my price range, and showed how different floor plans would have had me spending money on square footage in hallways (unusable space) vs a functional layout. After just one day of showing, I felt confident enough to move forward with an apartment Racquel showed me that met all of my requirements. I'm not a first time renter, and know how tough/terrible/annoying renting in NYC can be, but I love my new apartment and finding it couldn't have been easier thanks to Racquel. On top of everything, she's very professional and a pleasure to be around! Again, I couldn't recommend her more highly!

I would recommend Racquel to ANYONE! She was so incredibly helpful and answered our 100,000,000 questions on demand with great enthusiasm.
She knew all of the buildings incredibly well and knew all of the minor details. It was so great to work with her!

Racquel was awesome and was so attentive to exactly what I was looking for in an apartment while sticking to my budget. She was not only helpful during the apartment search, but SO helpful afterwards in answering all questions very quickly and always making sure we were in the loop with the unitI was interested in moving forward with. She made the apartment search extremely easy. I am lucky to have gotten to work with such a great broker! I highly recommend her to anyone!
