I met Roger last year when it was a pretty stressful time to move with covid, but working with him has been SUCH a great experience from the moment we got in contact. Super friendly, professional with a good attitude, and always down to answer all of the questions I had. I never felt like a bother when I had to shoot him a text or ask for a phone call. He was also willing to chat with my guarantor himself and talk them through their paperwork which took some stress off of my shoulders. Roger helped me at a time when I was really in a pinch to find a new place. I had Three things I needed: a decent sized space, in a location close to Madison square park, and in the price range that I needed it. Roger literally helped me find the unicorn. In New York City you often hear that you have to compromise on somethings when it comes to real estate and because of Roger I didn’t have to compromise anything! I’ve been living in my apartment now for almost a year and I can happily say I am So grateful for Roger finding me this place.
