Living between Europe, Africa and New York for many years has given Patrick first-hand experience in looking for a place to call home. Fluent in French and English, he is particularly drawn to help people from out of state or overseas relocate to New York City, being their guide and filling in the gaps to make their transition comfortable.
Originally from the Ivory Coast in Africa, Patrick holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University. He currently lives on the Upper East Side, and is extremely familiar with Manhattan's different neighborhoods.
Working in accounting, as a business IT analyst, and in sales in the food and restaurant industry has given Patrick a unique perspective on the value of money, attention to detail and client relationships. He is meticulous in everything he does, and has a knack for reading between the lines.
