Obi Iloka's real estate career started with his strong admiration for Architecture in NYC. His father being an Electrician, he'd hear all kinds of stories of homes he has worked in and that has always fascinated him; ever since Elementary School.

He was born and raised in the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights and Flatbush area. With him also being a skateboard instructor at HOMAGE Skateboard Academy, he's traveled all across NYC following new locations and parks to skate, familiarizing different areas and their architecture. Obi has a strong suit with dealing with kids and parents, taking into consideration their wants while helping them with their needs. Helping them learn something foreign to them on a step by step basis. Insuring them that they can trust him with their children's safety and know that they're kid(s) had an amazing experience dealing with him. This is move than enough reason to trust him with finding your family the perfect home.

Obi is currently in his 3rd year at New York Institute of Technology, following his path as an Architect. His ultimate goal is to design lovely homes that would sell themselves.
