Nicholas recognizes that his purpose in life is to help others. He did so as a Direct Support Professional at the Guild for Exceptional Children, assisting adults with developmental disabilities; and he is now fully entrenched in the world of real estate, helping clients find the home of their dreams.
"I win when you win!" is Nicholas' motto. This charismatic, empathetic, patient, honest and selfless professional truly means that. He does everything possible to guide his clients toward their goals, and make the often overwhelming real estate process as easy and efficient as possible.
Nicholas grew up working with his father in his retail business plus helped him manage his investment properties. His most valuable takeaway besides an insider's perspective on the market is the importance of building a personal relationship with his clients.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, Nicholas graduated from Xaverian High School and went on to study Philosophy at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C., where he was a member of the rugby team and host of the most successful talk radio show on campus. He lives in Rockaway Beach, and volunteers at the Special Olympics weekly. Nicholas spends most of his free time with friends, practicing guitar, or reading and discussing the classics.
