Nicholas brings his creativity and enthusiasm to every real estate journey. As a graduate of The Juilliard School with a BFA in Dance, Nicholas is also a director, choreographer, dancer, and dance educator with a passion for safe, efficient, innovative, and inspired creative processes. His career in the theater has taught him resilience and what it means to be unafraid to fail.

Originally from Central Massachusetts, Nicholas has lived in New York City for 13 years and knows the city very well.
