Born and raised in New York, Monique has lived in almost all the boroughs and knows the distinctive characteristics of each neighborhood well. She grew up in Brooklyn, lived in Manhattan for college, moved to the Bronx and currently lives in Astoria, Queens. Though Monique works all over New York City, she specializes in sales and rentals in Manhattan and Queens. Monique attended Professional Performing Arts High School and Fordham University at the Lincoln Center Campus. She subsequently worked in public relations and marketing at such well-known companies such as NBC University and with Microsoft Partners. Most recently, Monique was founder and CEO of Beautiful Planning Marketing & PR representing corporations, high-profile clients, royalty, not-for-profit interests and others. Her public relations, marketing, and business development expertise spanned the USA as well as across international borders. She maintains impeccable relationships with a vast professional network as well as media contacts nationwide and worldwide which add tremendous value.

Enamored with her neighborhood, Monique lives right near Astoria Park which offers a wonderful track and tons of restaurants nearby. She loves running, reading, and painting abstract art pieces in her spare time. Monique shares her home with an adorable Boglen (Beagle/Boston Terrier) puppy, Luna. She enjoys performance arts and sits on the Junior Council for the American Ballet Theatre.
