To know Moises, is to know his love story with New York City.

Moises M. Junchaya might be a New Jersey Native, but he has had his eyes set on New York City ever since he was a child. Growing up only 25 minutes away from Manhattan, Moises love for New York started as a child. From the very beginning, his mother Sally (Brooklyn born and raised) introduced Moises to New York and he has been in love ever since. Whether it would be days enjoing climbing rocks in Central Park, catching a show on Broadway, exploring the historic brownstone filled streets of Brooklyn Heights or watching a Sea Lion show in Coney Island, Moises knew New York City was the place where he wanted to be.

Over the years, Moises has learned extensive knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods that one would think he was a native New Yorker! To make his dream one day become a reality, Moises attended Montclair State University where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. This degree has helped Moises become a critical and analytical thinker and has been proven in his real estate business. His ability to easily interact with others and his passion for making a difference in someones life, is what makes Moises a great advisor and young real estate professional.
