Hi, welcome to my agent page! I specialize in Manhattan and would love to connect. Having moved from San Diego, to Los Angeles to San Francisco, back to Los Angeles then eventually to New York City, I know first hand how stressful a major move can be and how imperative it is to find the perfect home. I have always been meticulous in finding the most luxurious places at the best prices. Growing up, I learned a lot about real estate investing while watching my father buy and sell homes during my teen years. After working in public relations and digital/broadcast marketing sales for over 10 years (with major brands and celebrity endorsed campaigns), I utilized my wealth of experience servicing clients and knowledge in real estate to make the career change to a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person.
When you work with me, I will already know what inventory is available and coming up. Right now inventory is low, you have to act fast to get the place you want so it's so important to work alongside someone who has the knowledge necessary. I have one major goal working with clients - to make every transaction, showing, sale, contract and any action seamless, easy and as stress free as possible.
Although I'm known for being extremely friendly and bubbly, I am also a fierce negotiator. Specializing in luxury Manhattan properties in and around the Financial District, Battery Park City, Tribeca, Soho and throughout lower Manhattan, my grasp of the market helps clients, like you, make their dream home a reality.
