Her initial career experiences managing a real estate office helped her to acquire a vast amount of capabilities that are now a part her working skill set. In order to best assist her clients Mayra has also studied the mortgage industry extensively. She is a familiar with all of the conventional lending strategies but she is a specialist at Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Fannie Mae (FNMA), and Freddy Mac (FHLMC). Additionally, Mayra has worked extensively with veterans, finding them homes through the Veteran's Administration (VA) home loans program. She takes great pride in having found homes for those who have served their country.
Currently at the pinnacle of her career a Broker/Owner of First Priority Realty , Mayra has been recognized for helping her clients with various awards including Top Producer, Beyond Excellence, NY Broker's Council, President's Club and awarded the top 40 Young Professional Network award.
