Agent Profile
Matt's goal is to provide clients with the insight and guidance they need to secure a home that aligns with their personal style, interests and future goals. Focusing on rentals and sales in Lower Manhattan, Midtown and the Upper East Side, his knowledge of various buildings and neighborhoods proves to be a useful resource.

Matt is skilled at bringing the fragmented network of disconnected real estate experiences into clear focus by offering clients the research and education needed to make sound real estate decisions. He provides an unparalleled familiarity of New York real estate inventory, and offers personal insight having been through the rental process in the city several times.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Matt went to Hofstra University in Long Island, NY on a football scholarship, then transferred after two years and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boise State University in Idaho. He returned to NYC for graduate school earning his Masters of Science in Urban Policy from the New School with a specialization in Housing and Urban Development.

Matt previously worked for the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. as a Legislative Analyst, which inspired his interest in housing issues. Having seen the effects the real estate market can have on individual Americans and the economy as a whole, he chose to work in the business to counsel clients during one of the most important and stressful decisions of their lives. Matt loves the uniqueness of each New York City neighborhood, having the world's cuisine at his fingertips, and spending time with friends and family. He is an avid traveler, sportsman, outdoor enthusiast and community volunteer.
