Born and raised in Lviv, Ukraine, Maryana received a Bachelor degree in Law and a Masters in Psychology. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian. Coming from a strong customer service background, Maryana owns restaurant in Ukraine where she was responsible for all operations including marketing and public relations. She was also a successful senior life insurance sales agent in a place where the need for such a product is a fairly new concept in the culture. Rising to the challenge, she educated people on the importance of life insurance for one's family, just as she educates her real estate clients on the market guided by their particular needs.
