As the type of person who rises to the occasion no matter how daunting the task, Marcia acted as her own Real Estate Attorney during the acquisition of her first multi-family townhouse. Drawing on her Financial Services and Contract Analysis background, she negotiated the sales contract, hired her own title company, arranged for the various inspections, obtained a mortgage with a rehab loan, and efficiently managed the closing process.
As a Certified Treasury Professional, working as a Director and Team Lead for American Express and JP Morgan Marcia has managed teams responsible for onboarding Fortune 100 Companies on platforms to process billions of dollars.
A graduate of the H.S. of Performing Arts, Marcia is still a dancer at heart and loves everything from ballroom to hip hop. She obtained a degree in business from Pace University, which led to a gratifying career in Finance and Treasury Services, working with some of the country's highest-ranking banks, large corporations, and financial services companies. In her downtime, Marcia enjoys spending time with her two wonderful sons, writing non-fiction, and watching sci-fi, crime dramas, and competition reality TV shows such as The Amazing Race, which she vows to run one year.
