Before arriving in New York City and joining Douglas Elliman, Marc Hummel Jr spent an illustrious decade at several distinguished real estate firms, representing residential and commercial properties from the historic districts of Philadelphia all the way to sumptuous beachfront homes on the Jersey Shore. He takes great pride in the care he offers his clients, and truly enjoys negotiating a good deal-which he has successfully done time and time again. He has achieved this in part by staying up to date on market trends, cultivating a wide network of contacts throughout the industry, and always educating his clients on everything that is relevant to them.

Handling condos, co-ops and townhouses, both sales and rentals, Marc has an extensive knowledge of the markets in various parts of the city, especially the West Village and Chelsea, which makes him a good ally in the search for (or sale of) a property. With his solid work ethic and stellar problem solving skills, Marc wholeheartedly devotes himself to his clients, making it a point to offer them all his unique brand of VIP treatment.

Originally from Philadelphia, Marc now lives in Chelsea, a neighborhood where he feels right at home thanks to its vibrant energy and diversity. He can often be found walking on the High Line at sunset or along the Hudson River and is a regular at Chelsea Piers and Chelsea Market.
