My partner and I dealt with multiple real estate agents during the pandemic. Many of them were slow to reply, late to appointments, and were generally all over the place in terms of communication. Lana instantly reached out to us shortly after we inquired, sending us listings and set up an appointment ASAP. What we loved most was her ability to stick with our *relatively* low budget, many times showing attractive units well below our budget. Meanwhile, other brokers were showing us units whose gross rent was well over our budget, requiring us to have to go through a guarantor to be approved.
