Originally from the beautiful, sunny city of Miami, Florida, Kelvin attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. Upon graduating, he moved to the Upper West Side which sparked his interest in New York Real Estate.

Prior to joining Mdrn., Kelvin worked as a publicist for a boutique PR agency for which he created public relations campaigns that blend a healthy mix of media relations, marketing, advertising, event planning, and social media. He incorporates these skill sets into real estate in order to create a consistent online presence and brand.

Bilingual, Kelvin can service clients from a variety of backgrounds, making sure their needs are adequately being met. He is known for his exceptional service, around the clock availability and innovative marketing techniques. Kelvin believes in having the clients best interest by being honest, hard working and knowledgeable.

On his spare time, Kelvin likes to explore different restaurants and entertainment throughout the city. He loves outdoor activities such as biking and swimming, as well as traveling.
