In her work, she is constantly interacting with landlords and management companies to gauge market supply and demand conditions, and keeping up to date on all market data to inform her clients of the latest developments.
Kellen believes that knowledge is the most valuable advantage one can have in making a real estate decision; so she works closely with clients every step of their journey. "I care about the person, not just the rental or sale," she says. "My clients' confidence and happiness is my goal, above and beyond the deal." When you do find that perfect place and want to move forward, Kellen is extremely organized in leading her clients through the real estate process in a smooth, tactful and stress-free manner.
As a Manhattan resident, Kellen enjoys sharing her knowledge of different neighborhoods and their transformations, as well as lifestyle details like nearby cultural institutions, parks, schools, restaurants and recreational facilities. "Whether it's a new clothing retailer, an organic produce shop or the latest gym opening, my clients can be sure I will make them aware of it!"
Born in Columbia, Kellen graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autonoma in Columbia. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish and French. Kellen is a yoga practitioner, enjoys helping her friends and family in the design and
decoration of their homes, and loves the outdoors, from hiking in the mountains to walking along a secluded beach when time allows.
