My experience finding my new apartment has been so quick and easy with Karolina, it was so unbelievable! She offered options for No-Fee apartments and didn't force Fee apartments down my throat the way other brokers have done. I asked her about my best options given my circumstances and her advise on what the landlord is like per rental demonstrates the competence and length of time she has devoted to knowing properties and their owners. She is responsive and pleasant to work with, and is for sure a new friend in my new neighborhood! I highly recommend working with her!
