Justin DiGiulio is the owner and principal broker of DiGiulio Group Real Estate.
His career focus has been creating and developing successful real estate agents.
Prior to forming The DiGiulio Group, he managed and trained The DiGiulio Team. A team of (then) 18 agents with decades of experience, speaking 13 languages. The diverse team had international roots creating inward bound clientele from throughout the world.
The DiGiulio Group formed when The Team found that their internal training, infrastructure and listings exceeded that of the potential resources of other brokerages. It made sense to create a brokerage with high commission splits, low agent overhead and training that builds agents rather than simply teaching them procedures.
For the better half of the last decade, Justin has devoted his career to learning the real estate market in NYC. His first year in the business he was the top producing rental agent at his firm. Before the year's end he hired a small team, training them to market their listings, generate leads, network to build strong relationships and close deals efficiently and effectively.
Expertise is defined by market knowledge, experience and resourcefulness. As an expert agent, Justin was making hundreds of new connections every year with new clients and their networks. This extended network has built the foundation for his success. To market listings to close fast, Justin leans on his network and the team's reach.
