In addition to rentals and sales, Justin is incredibly knowledgeable with new developments and condo conversions. He brought two new projects to the Citi Habitats Marketing Group (CHMG): West 24th Street Carriage House and East 101st Street. In addition, he is familiar with brownstone/townhouse renovations and conversions, as well as vacant lot development. Justin finds that most real estate agents only concentrate in one area or neighborhood. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Justin was a construction project manager for eight years in Manhattan and the surrounding areas. His past skills have easily translated to his current position in terms of organization, his connections to building owners and management companies, and his ambitious attitude toward satisfying his clients.

Justin gives every client equal time and respect. He works long, hard hours doing research, so clients can get an apartment to rent or buy in the easiest way possible. He pays close attention to detail and collaborates with his clients; for example, he makes recommendations for spatial relations and on creative solutions for the design of the apartment.
