With the current real-estate market, such as this, it's exceedingly rare that you find a realtor out there to help you through these murky waters, let alone to find two. Justin Alomar and Julian Panceo are like the real estate sons of thunder! First and foremost, it is difficult enough to find an apartment in Manhattan within a certain budget, add to the fact that you are a section 8 voucher holder, and no one wants to work with you because of certain technicalities. Well, this dynamic duo girded up, and not only went to bat for me, but they went above and beyond expectations. From their swift responses to my questions, to their honesty and integrity on the follow-ups, they inspired me to work harder and get them what they needed in a timely fashion. Their dedication to their clients as well as their immense industry knowledge is only matched by their ability to see through the red-tape and help me cut it to where I obtained the most value for my voucher is phenomenal. Above all else, they are both really ethical people with dynamic personalities and characters, which helped me to laugh through a program that could have been the stressful and tiresome. If you are burnt-out with realtors who claim they have their clients' best interests at heart, especially when dealing with section 8, then this team is the one you want on your side. I wish them nothing but the best in the industry and I will definitely be referring clients to them in the near future!

Finding an apartment in NYC is not a fun process. It's long, tough to get straight answers, and almost impossible to find someone who actually answers you with useful information.
