Agent Profile
Born in Ecuador, Julio moved to NYC when he was 11 years old. With his family they took residence in the Upper East Side when it had a strong German presence. Julio still remembers when east 86st housed the best bakery for strudel. Julio has seen firsthand the changes that the city has gone through and this experience gives him a deep understanding and unique perspective of Gotham that he can pass on to his customers.
While at SUNY Stony Brook Julio was one of the founding fathers of the TKE fraternity chapter at Stony Brook, this experience was so fulfilling to him because it helped him learn caring and loyalty for his fellow fraters which in turns he applies to all aspects of his life, especially in his interaction with his clients.
Prior to joining Corcoran Julio worked as a white water rafting guide in South America, this challenging sport helped him understand and dissipate people's concerns and this has carried over to his career in real estate in NYC when he can guide a client to his perfect home.
He believes that all his life experiences have come together to make him the perfect choice for someone looking for a new home in New York City. Whether you are looking to rent, buy or sell a property his knowledge of the city, tenacity, and honesty makes Julio an asset in your endeavor.
Julio is fluent in both English and Spanish.
