Julie is spot on! She is honest , caring and most of all efficient. She is highly educated in her field and able to tell you exactly what listings are accurate versus phony. Her devotion is extremely admirable. Many people think and feel they can do this on their own however everyone is a little too busy if your not willing to share or care that someone is paid for their expertise. It matters. Timing is everything. Julie allows you your space but is honest that if you love something you better go for it now! In today's crazy market, I'm super grateful for her talent and her advice as if I attempted this on my own I would not be as lucky and as excited as I am today. All in all... she really cares ! Julie and I crossed paths after I had put several weeks into trying to find an apartment in NYC. I was overwhelmed and stressed. Julie asked me what I was looking for and what was important to me in finding the right apartment. Julie calmed me down and showed that she really cared about my finding the right place. I can't recommend Julie enough. She is ultra communicative, very quick to respond, and listened to exactly what my wife and I were looking for in an apartment. Julie delivered some great options and lined up appointments for the three of us to visit together. When we were viewing apartments Julie engaged with the person showing us the units and made sure to ask certain questions that my wife and I hadn't thought about. It made us realize that Julie was looking out for us and ensuring that we were getting the best bang for our buck. We found an incredible apartment the first day out. Best NYC apartment hunting experience I've ever had.

Julie was great -- professional, helpful courteous and really felt like she was in our court. Very easy to relate to and work with.
Even though we went with a different apartment than the ones Julie showed us, I have to post how wonderful she was. Any time I reached out to her, she responded ASAP, listened to what our parameters were, didn't waste our time on apartments that didn't fit our needs, and was an extremely knowledgeable professional to boot! With so many different apartments listed by so many different agents, it was easy to narrow it down to working with her and another one. I will contact her again when we need to move!
Julie responded right away when I requested a viewing for an apartment, and discussed my options with me and what I was looking for. We eventually ended up looking at a couple different Glenwood buildings, which she helped give me details for a few availabilities. The viewings were spread across the Upper East Side, and the day we were doing the viewings happened to be having an absolutely torrential downpour. After viewing the first place, I would have been okay with it, but Julie was more than happy to take us via a taxi on her to the other building, just to make sure I was picking the place that I was the happiest with, and thanks to her I ended up on picking the later viewing that I was so much happier with! I would absolutely recommend Julie to anyone else looking for an apartment!

Julie was very responsive when I inquired about an apartment I saw on the website. She contacted me several times about additional options prior to and after the Christmas holiday. We ultimately rented an apartment that Julie showed us. She was knowledgeable and help us negotiate with the landlord. I would recommend working with her and would in the future if needed.
Finally, after a fruitless search of trying to find a place without an agent, I decided to take the plunge. However, I wanted to make sure I worked with someone I could trust and rely on. So, I searched reviews and noticed that Julie had a wonderful rating and people commented how straightforward and reliable she was. It wasn't until I was sorting through listings on my own and her name popped up that I contacted her. How lucky I was!Our search took about three weeks, but we were in touch daily ... a few times a day. My budget was modest by Manhattan standards, but you'd never know it from the care and attention I received from Julie. She always respected my parameters and never tried to push me into an apartment just to get the search over with or make her commission. She made it clear through her actions that finding the right place for me was her number one priority.Finally, a couple of weeks ago, she made arrangements with a co-broker to view a place. We both knew this was *the* place! I was in Calfornia looking for an apartment for my daughter who was moving to NYC.
