Since his arrival in New York City, Joshua has taken his creative, spiritual and professional experiences to new heights, constantly striving to better himself; and through his experiences and interactions with others, Joshua taps into his greatest passion: helping people.

He is also a graduate of The French Culinary Institute where he trained under the watchful eyes of accomplished instructors and celebrity chefs including Ron Ben-Israel, Jacques Torres, and Jacques Pepin.
