He then sets out to deliver on those wants and needs in a timely manner that is extremely efficient and effective. He customizes each experience to suit his client's individual needs.
With over ten years of professional experience in the service industry, Joshua is an expert in making sure his clients feel taken care of. He goes above and beyond to deliver on the best possible customer service experience they can have. Always personable and level headed, Joshua takes on each obstacle and anticipates problems before they arise in order to keep the stress off of his clients, while keeping them informed every step of the way.
Having lived in New York City for almost eleven years, Joshua has fallen in love with the city. His personal preference is the west side, having lived in Harlem, the Upper West Side, Chelsea and now, Hell's Kitchen.
