​​Joseph Dobson provides guidance and support, taking the time with each client to understand what they want to get out of their transaction, how informed they are, and what they expect from him. He has a reputation for making his clients feel comfortable through communication and honesty. He works with his clients from the onset to create a clear path, recognizing the potential for obstacles in their real estate journey and working overtime to make that journey as smooth as possible.

​Before transitioning to real estate, Joseph spent the past 15 years in enrollment and operations in higher education. During his time as Director of Enrollment, he worked with close to 1,000 prospective students a year, coaching them in their first interview and through their final enrollment, with a closing rate of 92% of those who qualified. His success came from his commitment to these students and seeing them through the entire process, guiding them every step of the way.

​​Joseph also has a passion for music, having been signed to a record label in his 20s where he recorded several records and toured the east coast. He has continued over the years to work as a music producer and live sound engineer and still performs for fun and produces new talent.​

​Joseph has lived in NYC for the last 20 years in nine different locations from Manhattan to Brooklyn and is a great resource for understanding the character and culture of the city.
