The work may be hard, but the philosophy is simple to Jose. "It's all about the client, and what the client needs from me. My job is to identify an individual's needs, figure out the best way to service them, and deliver an excellent experience while developing our relationship."
Jose came into the field of real estate armed with an extensive customer service background, as a general manager at well-known food establishments. Being friendly, patient, caring, prompt and proactive are ingrained deeply in his approach to business.
Born and raised in Ecuador, Jose came to New York City at the age of 19. He graduated from Catholic University of Ecuador PUCE, majoring in Construction Engineering, and received a degree in Human Services at TCI College in NY. Jose previously lived in Queens, and currently resides in vibrant Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen. There is so much of the city he wants to show you when the time comes to find your next home! Jose specializes in rentals throughout Manhattan, plus works in the Bronx/Queens and Brooklyn and other areas when called to. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. Leisure time will find him working out, watching comedy movies, going out to brunch with friends, and traveling when opportunity allows.
