Jonathan naturally transitioned into real estate while continuing to enjoy a high-profile career as a professional musician/drummer, and working in high-end customer service/hospitality. He is currently teaming with top agent David Balk at Citi Habitats who has been very successful in the business.
Born and raised in Colorado, he graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston with a Bachelor in Music Business Management and minor in Performance. As a touring drummer for major label artists, Jonathan has appeared on Late Night Television and awards shows, as well as in numerous national tours and major festivals. His experiences have perfected his ability to talk to people on a personal and professional level, and be able to read situations to respond and react accordingly.

Since living in New York, Jonathan has called Brooklyn home. He has resided in Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, South Williamsburg, and now in Williamsburg proper. Obviously music is his main passion, outside of real estate that is. Jonathan loves keeping busy, and has gotten involved in doing voice over work when called upon.
