Having moved from the west coast, I've lived in New York for nearly 25 years. Much of that time I've been a yoga instructor, teaching students of all ages throughout the U.S. and internationally.
I was the National Director of Yoga for Crunch Fitness for many years, as well as being co-founder of Dirty Yoga, an online yoga program I developed in 2012 for people who can't make it to in person classes on a regular basis.
I'm currently the National Wellbeing Director for Exhale Spa. I'm in charge of all studio programming in multiple locations as well as the Creative Director our On Demand and virtual classes.
I'm also a husband and the father of twin 8 yr. old girls, Hope and Makena. We've owned this home for 12 years and are now renting it out because we are moving back to the west coast to be closer to family.
